Romanian Webstock Awards 2010, at the start

The 3rd edition of Webstock Awards will take place on September 16th, at Radisson Blu hotel in Bucharest. The Webstock Awards Gala will complete the Webstock Conferences, an event signed by Evensys, in partnership with Vodafone Romania, that will also include a series of conferences and workshops on social media.

The event sponsors are LG and Petrom.

Webstock Awards 2010 will take place in two steps: pre-selection and judging. The organizer will make the pre-selection and will take care for the works to be included in the proper category, while the judging process will reunite a group of online specialists, communication specialists and known Romanian entrepreneurs.

Participating at the competition is free, and the companies interested can enlist their works from August 16th till September 5th, at awards.

The projects that are competing must be included in one of the 12 contest categories – Publishing, Utility, Viral, Social Networking, User Generated Content, Video & Audio, Blogging Campaigns, Microblogging Projects, Facebook Fan Pages, Facebook Applications, Special projects and “Others”.

The pre-selection will take place from September 5th till September 7th, while the final judging will be from September 7th to September 13th.

Webstock 2009 edition attracted 130 projects, from which 86 were selected to enter the final judging process.
