RECMA: OMD, Carat and MEC – most important media agency networks in Europe
OMD, Carat and MEC are the main media agency networks in Europe, except top 5 countries in the region, which are dominated by MPG, ZenithOptimedia and OMD.
According to a RECMA study, on global scale, the number one media network is OMD, followed by MEC and Starcom MediaVest. When it’s about Americas, the ranking changes, the 1st place being occupied by MPG, followed by Starcom MediaVest and MEC.
In Asia-Pacific, the media deals run mainly through ZenithOptimedia, followed by OMD and MediaCom.
