MySpace looks a director for a $1M movie

MySpace is looking a director for a $1M movie, that will start filming this year. The director will be designated following a MySpace contest.

The users of the network and experts such as Anthony Minghella and Kevin Macdonald will select the winner after watching the shortmovies entered in the contest via MySpace.

After selecting  the director, the movie will be made with the producers Film4 and Vertigo Films.

MySpace users can also work on the script and audition for parts in the movie.
