UAPR survey: RON 10,000 for a Creative Director

During General Assembly, UAPR made public a study made by the association and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

According to this study:

-the entry salary in the industry (junior in Creative, Client Service, Media, Traffic or Production departments) is less than RON 1,000

-monthly income for an experience professional occupying a top management position can get over RON 6,500.

-medium salary of a Client Service Director or Strategic Planning Director reaches to RON 6,500 – 7,200

– a Group Creative Director takes around RON 6,700.

– the Creativ Director comes up with the ideas, but also gets money for them: around RON 10,000 per month
