Inside people, promoted to head departments within McCann Erickson Bucharest

Starting November 2012, Dana Constantin, Dana Hogea and Diana Ceausu – three of the oldest McCann Erickson Romania’s team members , will take over the management of Client Service and Strategy departments within the agency: Dana Hogea will be Client Service Director – Local Clients, Dana Constantin – Client Service Director – International Clients and Diana Ceausu – Head of Strategy.

Dana Hogea has over 10 years of experience in advertising and was until now Group Account Director,  Dana Constantin works in the field for 15 years, from which she spent 7 at McCann Erickson Romania, where she was Group Account Director. Diana Ceausu has over 7 years of experience in advertising and 5 years since she’s in McCann’s team and was involved until now in developing communication strategies for all McCann Erickson Romania’s clients.

The 3 new key position within Client Service Department were created to insure a better coordination of all projects developed for each of agency’s clients, as agency’s business is expanding both locally and regionally.

Also, after 7 years spent in Romania – 4 as Vice-President Marketing Tnuva Romania and almost 3 as Chief Operating Officer McCann Erickson Romania – Sagit Tzur Lahav continues her career in advertising as Deputy CEO McCann Erickson Israel.  As COO McCann Erickson Romania, Sagit Tzur Lahav was involved in all agency’s projects, both locally and at international level, her 12 years of experience in FMCG  having a substantial contribution in developing McCann Erickson Romania business and the clients’ business.

The best sign that an organization is healthy is when it promotes as leaders people from inside. It is also the best example of investment and trust in company’s people. My return to Israel represented the best occasion to make all these things. I am very proud of these promotions (…) I leave begind me a strong agency, that reinvents constantly and an extraordinary management team. I spent 7 wonderful years in Romania. I will take with me the memories of those 7 years, in a super-dimensioned luggage, but I will also leave a part of me here. There are a lot of things that I learned here and I will share with my team in Israel, both at personal and professional level. You could count on me to be the best ambassador for Romania.  The Creative Department from McCann Erickson Romania was also targeted by a series of promotions, as Adrian Botan took over as VP Creative Excellence McCann Erickson CEE. In consequence, the coordination of the Creative Department at McCann Erickson Romania is taken over by Catalin Dobre and Alexandru Dumitrescu, that were appointed Executive Creative Directors.

Dobre  was, until now, Group Creative Director and started his career as Copywriter at McCann Erickson 7 years ago, while Alexandru Dumitrescu is part of McCann’s creative team since 1998.
