Romanian GMP PR launched a crisis management specialized department
Starting October, GMP PR decided to concentrate its competences in issue tracking & management in a separate division, specialized in risks evaluation, training, consultancy and communication crisis management.
Considering reacting fast when communication crisis occur, division’s team is working 24/7 on call.
The department includes 3 experts in crisis communication and is coordinated by Ana-Maria Constantinescu, Business Development Director GMP PR. She has 11 years of experience in communication and is a professional certified by Chartered Institute of Public Relations London. She will also be Head of Crisis Division. Until now, her team managed over 30 complex communication crisis in the last two years, from work accidents to product recall, relation with the authorities, conflicts, internal crisis and others
The services offered by the new 24/7 on call department are focused on two directions: crisis prevention (issue tracking, media training, crisis manual, crisis simulation) and crisis management (stakeholders mapping, reaction strategy, monitoring, spokesperson training).
