BRAT to make a pitch to select a measurement provider for SATI and MIPO

BRAT members decided, during Internet department’s General Assembly, to start a pitch to select the providers of measurements for SATI and MIPO for 2014-2017. The contract with the actual provider, German KM Spring, will end in August 2014.

BRAT members’ representatives decided that the pitch will be organized and lead by an organizing committee with 16 mmbers, representatives of Romanian 0nline industry. The committee will be responsible with making research’s brief and the possible list of providers, analyzing the offers and selecting the offers that enter the final selection stage, along with negotiating the offers. In the end, the decision related to the winner of the pitch will be taken by the General Assembly of the internet department.
