Laura Andrei changes Ursus Breweries for SAB Miller Czech Republic

Laura Andrei, former Senior Brand Manager – International Brands within Ursus Breweries, joined SAB Miller Prague to coordinate, as International Senior Brand Manager, global marketing and communication activities for Kozel beer brand, present in 38 countries.

Laura has 7 years of experience with Ursus Breweries Romania, part of SAB Miller group, and the last position she held within the company was Senior Brand Manager for Peroni, Redds, Pilsner Urquell, Stejar and Azuga. During this period, she accumulated solid marketing knowledge, recognized both at Bucharest level and internationally, at SAB Miller London where, in 2011, was Global Brand Manager Peroni Nastro Azzurro.

Kozel represents a new challenge in Laura’s professional career, as it is an important brand on all markets where it is present (UK, Finland, Russia, Slovakia). The brand has dedicated marketing team for each of the countries where it is present and all are coordinated by Laura, that will handle the brand strategy at global level and will be in charge with developing global communication campaigns  (ATL, digital, BTL and events) and innovations.

Over the time, I’ve worked for most of the brands in Ursus Breweries portfolio. They are strong brands, with tradition, that managed to find a place in consumers’ hearts and differentiate on the market. For each, I tried to respect brand’s promise towards consumer and the need of innovation. I am proud that, during the last few years, we managed to find new ways of giving style to the beer, wih Peroni Nastro Azzurro, and to continue the market pioneering strategy, with the only beer brand in Romania that targets women, Redds

Laura graduated the Academy for Economic Studies in Bucharest in 2005 and is specialized in Business Administration. She also graduated the National School for Political and Administrative Studies, with diploma in Political Sciences. Between 2007-2009, she attended Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London
