Customized campaign, marketing based on geo-location, mobile payments are among this year’s trends, which will differentiate brands in consumers’ eyes. The changes are happening very fast and the access to the latest information, in an accessible manner, and the interaction with the most important providers in the field make from Mobile Advertising Congress 2015 the event with most visionary marketeers on square meter

In Romania, in the end of 2014, there were 7.5M smartphones, 22.6M SIM cards and 9.3 active subscriptions, according to ANCOM data. Moreover, 9% of the whole internet traffic in Romania is generated from mobiles, as a Gemius study shows.
Mobile advertising is the segment with the highest growth in Romania and will become more and more present in ad consumption between 2014 – 2017, as Zenith Media estimates. Mobile advertising is still far behind the media consumption through this kind of device, which means the field has an important growth potential. Zenith also estimates that, in 2015, advertisers’ mobile budgets will reach 1% of the total advertising consumption and 7% of the digital investments.
