The Alpha Group expands in Romania, provides growth support for local businesses
The Alpha Group (division of the international Noble Manhattan group) is expanding in Romania by forming new groups in Bucharest and Pitesti, with the aim to assist local businesses to double their profits within two to three years.
Camelia Stefan, professional with 15 years of experience in management, has been appointed as new Regional Director by Alpha Group. She enjoys a successful practice as certified NLP Coach for individuals and organizations.
She brings all of her competences to Alpha Group in Romania, as Regional Director based in Bucharest, with a lot of enthusiasm for this program. During advisory monthly meetings she facilitates peer-to-peer exchange with the group of like-minded executives representing non-competing businesses.
At monthly advisory board meetings, Alpha Group members participate in workshops focusing on key elements of business development covering a wide range of topics, and learn best practice from other business leaders during intensive strategic design sessions.
