Olga Abramescu is the new Managing Director for Romania and Bulgaria for Profimedia and Shutterstock

Olga Abramescu, Romanian professional with 20 years experience within Guliver Romania, takes over the position of Managing Director for Romania and Bulgaria for the local branch of Profimedia. The company is part of a holding from Czech Republic that has activities in Central and Eastern Europe and has in portfolio the Shutterstock products.

In the region, company’s branch will include both the editorial platform www.profimediaimages.ro, targeting editorial content produces, with images from over 170 collections and international images providers, and www.shutterstock.com, which includes subscriptions, premium creative images, video and audio and targets the advertising sector.

I believe that this new step is a normal one in my professional career but, even more, an opportunity to use all the knowledge acquired during my 20 years of experience on the local market. My expertise will reflect within the business strategy and in the way we will approach every client. My priority is to offer specific services, tailored to make more efficient the interaction between the clients and company’s products, so they will find in us the partner they need. In this regard, we aim to launch a dialogue with the entire Romanian creative community, in order to identify together the main needs that we aim to answer in order to bring added value to the local market
