Ondina Olariu, appointed GMP+WEBSTYLER’s new Client Service Director

Starting January 2019, Ondina Olariu joined the team GMP+WEBSTYLER as Client Service Director. Ondina has a strong business management, brand communication and marketing experience that includes a mix of industries and executives roles both at a local and regional level.

I joined the GMP+WEBSTYLER team in an important moment for the agency, the merger between the teams GMP Advertising and WEBSTYLER, for who it counts the experience I am coming with. I am happy to be part of a team that puts a lot of energy in creativity in order to add value to the client’s business and to respond to some real consumer’s needs,” said Ondina Olariu, Client Service & Business Development Director at GMP+WEBSTYLER.

Ondina has more than 20 years of experience, both on the client’s side as Senior Regional Marketing Manager at Vodafone, as well as on the agency side as Business Director at Geometry Global. In her career she coordinated the communication for brands such as Coca-Cola, P&G Romania & Balkans, Danone Global, GSK Romania, British America Tobacco.

By the merger of GMP with WEBSTYLER we proposed ourselves to give value to the client’s business and Ondina, through her strategic thinking and the experience accumulated in years, both at the client and the agency, will contribute to the development of the brands of the existing clients and the ones in the new business area”, said Bogdan Nitu, General Manager GMP+WEBSTYLER.

Ondina is passionate with climbing and has on her belt expeditions in Himalaya – Island Peak (6189 m), Aconcagua (6962 m) and Ojos del Salado (6852 m).

In 2018, the agencies GMP Advertising and Webstyler merged, forming one agency with integrated services: GMP+WEBSTYLER, part of GMP Group alongside GMP PR, Chapter 4 and Point Public Affairs. The two agencies were launched 20 and 18 years ago and are one of the most awarded Romanian independent agencies in Romania at creativity and efficiency festivals. GMP is the only Romanian agency that holds two Independent Agency of the Year trophies in the CEE at Golden Drum. WEBSTYLER is the most awarded digital agency in Romania locally and internationally.
