Startup Europe Summit 2019 to take place in Romanian Cluj-Napoca on 21-22 March.

Cluj becomes the startup capital of Europe, on March 21-22, when leading players in technology entrepreneurship and innovation in Central and Eastern Europe will meet key actors in innovation ecosystems from Western Europe. Expect hard questions to be answered at this Summit hosted by the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The winners of the special edition StartUp Europe Awards will be awarded during the summit. The awards ceremony will have as host the European comissioner Mariya Gabriel.

The competition registered as participants over 70 startups from Europe and neighboring countries, which competed in 5 categories: Female-led startup; Founder under 30 startup; UN Sustainable Development Goals startup; Social inclusion startup and Job growth startup.
