Impact attracts key hires in continued EMEA growth
Impact, announces the appointment of nine new team members for its Customer Success Management, Business Development, Partnerships, Enterprise Sales and HR department as it further develops within the EMEA market. Impact is a leading natively-integrated suite of products for fraud detection, marketing attribution and analytics, and creating and optimising partnerships.
Smita Pillai joins as Senior Customer Success Manager (Radius) having worked in various senior agency side roles in Australia and the UK for the likes of Wunderman, M&C Saatchi, Lida and Digitas LBi. Pillai then moved client side in a Strategy role at Asurion Europe prior to joining Impact.
The Customer Success Management team further expands with four hires, Chaya Jethwa (Altitude) previously had a role in Data Partnerships & Marketing EMEA, Tapad; Yumi Lewis (Forensiq) joins the team from Expedia; Sanchit Sareen (Mediarails) brings experience as Customer Success Director for Idio and Richard McLean (Radius) joins from Rakuten Marketing. The team will oversee ongoing customer relationships by delivering customer success, business value and satisfaction to Impact partners.
Three further hires have been made, with Sophie Clark, Nick Mennozi and Mundir Zeroug joining as Business Development Representatives, bringing experience from brands such as Adobe, Salesforce, Logmein and Tradition Financial Services. Their roles will involve prospecting potential new clients and researching high priority companies to generate business across Radius, Altitude and Forensiq products.
Finally, Anna Jozefowska joins as Office Administrator from JLL.
