Irina Urechean joins Unilever South Central Europe’s board as Marketing Director Home Care
Unilever South Central Europe (USCE) announced the appointment of Irina Urechean as Marketing Director Home Care, starting July 1st. Irina joins the USCE’s management and will coordinate marketing strategies for Unilever’s Home Care brands.
Until recently, Irina was Marketing Category Manager Laundry USCE.

Irina Urechean takes over the new role from Monica Tamaș, which until now coordinated marketing for Home Care and Beauty & Personal Care. Starting July 1st, Monica Tamaș will continue to coordinate marketing for Beauty & Personal Care, as Marketing Director Beauty & Personal Care USCE, having in portfolio brands like Dove, Dove Men+Care, Clear, Rexona or Plant Line.

It is a honor for me to join the Unilever SCE’s management team as representative of Home Care category, especially now when we are living in atypical time. I start on my way having in mind my personal mission, to have a positive impact over people’s lives, and I know each brand in Home Care portfolio can help me bring this desire forward, both with their functional attributes, but even more through the mission and actions they have via their social campaigns, such are Domestos Supports Hygiene, Cif cleans Romania or The power of the game supported by Omo
Irina joined Unilever in 2010, and, for 10 years, her marketing experience was shaped in each of Unilever’s divisions, from Ice cream and Food to Beauty & Personal Care and Home Care. Most recently she was involved in the launch of Plant Line brand in Romania and the relaunch of Dero brand in the start of 2020.
