“Transition from a physical event to an online one was not an easy one, it came with many novelties, challenges and adjusting in the move. We wished to preserve the quality of the event and we managed to redistribute the entire team so each component to take place online, in the best conditions. The event itself was a surprise also for us, as organizers, because one cannot know what expectations to set when all the configurations are new. In the beginning, we faced resistance to change but, as we advanced with the event, we got support from the community and we were happy to acknowledge also that the access of the professionals from all the corners of the world was beyond borders.”, said Vlad Ciurcă, Co-Founder Techsylvania
