Tech startup Brunch lists on SeedBlink and seeks new financing, of €285.000
Brunch, the collaboration and feedback management app for live websites, aims to raise a new round. Its founders want to raise €285.000, at a valuation of 2.300.000 EUR, through a financing campaign on SeedBlink. The campaign will go live tomorrow, on 30 September 2021.
Brunch, the international collaboration platform that helps digital agencies and specialists better manage feedback when developing websites, is ready for its next step towards local and international scaling.
After having announced their first financing round in June 2021, from Ulpia Ventures, of €250.000, the Marketing Tech startup invites retail investors to join it. The minimum investment ticket is €2.500.
The €285.000 they want to raise through the crowdfunding platform in the following month will be used to develop new features, to promote the solution locally and internationally and to attract an exponentially bigger number of users. The round will be led by Mihai Ivascu and Ulpia Ventures, who decided to do a follow-on, thus validating this solution’s global potential once again.
Mihai Ivascu, founder Ulpia Ventures.
”We see Brunch’s real potential to influence the way marketing specialists and web developers work, so the decision to lead a new financing round came naturally for us. At Ulpia, we are dedicated to our mission to help the startups we work with to grow and expand internationally. We are happy to work with Andrei, Razvan and the entire Brunch team on a product that optimizes collaboration and feedback processes through technology.”
Launched this year, Brunch allows adding comments directly on a live website, changing content and style and an easier collaboration by adding an unlimited number of partners. Live collaboration experiences move online for digital agencies/specialists and their clients, which reduces time and effort spent on managing feedback on live websites.
Furthermore, Brunch has also launched a Chrome Extension for the app as well as integrations with other tools, such as Zapier.
Andrei Stoica, CEO Brunch.
“This consecutive round, that comes soon after our first one raised from Ulpia Ventures, confirms us that the product we are building answers a real need of the market, as we’ve seen it as well. We’ve started Brunch because we want to help, and our mission is to meet the needs of those specialists who, similarly to us, want to save time and work more efficiently when they collaborate to create websites. Being listed on SeedBlink doesn’t mean only financial growth, but also access to a network of professionals who support Brunch’s sustainable growth.”
Brunch is dedicated to marketing and web design specialists, agencies and freelancers. It has 3 financial plans: free, freelancer (19 USD/Month) and business (79 USD / month).
Andrei Dudoiu, Managing Partner, SeedBlink.
”Given that remote work has become more common for companies and that the role of geographically distributed teams is expected to grow in the following years, solutions that allow an efficient collaboration are a must. We are offering investors the opportunity to invest in a SaaS Marketing Tech startup that creates a bridge between digital marketing specialists. The founders, who are experienced in the industry they address and who have the ambition to create a global solution, have already been supported by a business angel who has a powerful international exposure.”
