BrandRO unveiled the strongest Romanian brands in 2023

BrandRO, a ranking of Romanian brands made for 14 years by Biz Magazine and Unlock Market Research, unveiled its results for 2023 edition, with the presentation of the strongest 50 Romanian brands during a public event.

The top comes with an extra addition, a ranking of the youngest (under 10 years old) brands.

Arctic (home appliances) and Borsec (mineral waters) are the strogest brands in the top, sharing the first position. Ranking 2nd is eMag (online marketplace), followed by Napolact (dairies). The top also includes Aqua Carpatica, Bucovina, Pate Bucegi, FAN Courier, Dorna, Dacia and Gerovital.

The new wave of strong businesses, presented along with the initial ranking, includes Romanian business that grew during the last 10 years. The new wave is lead by Tazz, followed by Lăptăria cu Caimac and 5toGo, and completed by Fresful, LaDoiPaşi, Untold, Spartan, Neversea, Artesana and Mototol. BrandRO measures the power of Romanian brands from the perspective of trust and affectivity they receive from consumers, without considering financial and commercial indices.
