Forsman & Bodenfors Canada Promotes Four Women From Within, Effectively Highlighting Agency Culture and Boosting Capabilities
In a move that reflects its culture in which internal promotion is a key component and a female-forward perspective is valued, Forsman & Bodenfors Canada (F&B CAN) has promoted four women to effectively amplify its capabilities across departments.
On the creative side, F&B CAN has elevated both Brittany Hall and Tayler-Lee Teese to the role of Associate Creative Director/Art. Hall has spent two years at the agency and most recently held the title of Senior Art Director, working on brands such as Ontario Power Generation, Trojan, LG and Seneca Polytechnic. Prior to joining F&B CAN, she built her career serving as Art Director & Senior Designer at Trampoline Branding in Halifax, spending four years working on brands such as Hockey Canada, PAX vaporizer, Tourism Nova Scotia and Eastlink. Teese, meanwhile, has been with F&B CAN since 2019 and has showcased her creative talents for the majority of its client roster, most recently working on campaigns for Ontario Power Generation and First Response Pregnancy supporting those struggling to conceive. Before F&B CAN, Teese worked as an Art Director for FCB on brands such as OLG, BMO, Fountain Tire & Mondelēz.
Veering from the creative to client side, F&B CAN has promoted Hannah Casey to the role of Client Director. In three years’ time at the agency, she has moved up from Senior Account Manager to her current position. In the process, Casey has serviced local and international clients across various industries and currently leads the business on Polestar Automotive, Therabody and the Nuclear Energy Institute. Before joining F&B CAN, she worked on accounts for The&Partnership and Fuse Creative.
Last but not least, Dee Flores is being promoted to Senior Production Artist. Since joining F&B CAN in 2023, Flores has had a quick impact, working with most of the agency’s client roster and helping build and lead the studio team. Before F&B CAN, she held prominent production and studio roles at the likes of john st., Ogilvy Canada and Rethink.
“These very well-deserved promotions across three departments come on the heels of new client wins for the agency and evolving business needs,” says F&B CAN Managing Director Julien Bissuel. “Promoting internally is part of our culture and an essential part of our approach to grow our departments.”
Along with the promotions—which reinforce F&B CAN’s mission to continue building out creative and strategy with both internal and external talent, the agency has accumulated several notable client wins that they are excited to share in the coming months to add to their roster which includes Church&Dwight, LG Canada, Nuclear Energy Association, Polestar, Diageo, Therabody, and Seneca Polytechnic.
