Prevas to take over 75% of Design-People
Prevas announced it will buy 75% of Design-People – Danish company specialized in industrial and digital product design. Design-People was founded in 2005 and is an award-winning industrial design company, with competencies both in industrial and digital design, solid reputation and an impressive portfolio. The agency worked from consumer and industrial products to health and medical equipment and its customers range from individual entrepreneurs to large international companies.
Design-People has a broad portfolio and knows that design is not only about making a product pleasant to look at. The goal is to simplify and improve product experiences by applying a strategic design approach. This has earned them more than 30 international design awards, including the Reddot award – best of the best in 2023.

The purchase of 75% of Design-People takes place on 1 October 2024 and is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Prevas’ earnings per share. share in the current financial year.
