Romanian IT integrator Aliant acquires SoftPepper, a Provider of Modular BPM Solutions
Romanian IT solutions integrator Aliant announced the acquisition of 67% of SoftPepper, a player in Romania’s business software development market, known for its modular BPM platform and innovative Ticketing, CRM, and ERP solutions.
The acquisition represents a strategic step in Aliant’s plan to solidify its market position and expand its product portfolio with more comprehensive and customized innovative solutions. Integrating SoftPepper’s capabilities with Aliant’s expertise in IT, Hyper Automation, and technologies like RPA, Low Code, and AI strengthens the company’s position in an increasingly competitive business environment.
