AdEvolution’s main shareholer is German

A German investment fund, Ballroom International, having as shareholders two former Arbomedia AG managers, become the main shareholder of AdEvolution, with 51% shares.

The shareholders structure is now shareholders are Valeriu Voicu, Gheonea Marius, Mocanu Radu and Ballroom International, represented by Sigl Alexander and Bergner Olaf.

The transaction was confirmed, for Wall-Street.ro, by Val Voicu. He also said the deal was made 2 years ago and the German shareholders are not actively involving in company’s activity.

The investment fund also brought, recently, 51% shares in Midas Media, a company owned by Silviu Ispas, ex managing director of Arbomedia and EMI Romania.
