The number of Facebook Romanian users increased by 54% in September, compared to the start of 2011

3.7M Romanians are using Facebook in September, up 54% compared to the start of the year, when 2.4M Romanian users were on the mentioned social network, according to Facebrands.ro.

According to data collected by Facebrands.ro and Facebrands PRO, 3.37M Facebook users mentioned their residence city on their profile, double compared to January 2011.

Most Facebook users in Romania are in Bucharest(1.04M, 31.08%), than in Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Iasi.

Facebrands.ro monitors over 14,000 pages created on Facebook by people and institutions, showing their evolution on days and weeks, together with other pages in the same categories.

Starting August 2011, Facebrands offers also advanced analysis, both for comparative performance of pages and for commercial activity on Facebook in each of its over 60 monitored categories.
