Aura Toma is the new Managing Director at Lowe&Partners Romania
Aura Toma will take over as Managing Director of the Romanian creative agency Lowe&Partners starting March 1st, as Oana Cociasu, currently occupying the position, will assume new responsabilities within Lowe Group Romania.
We have an ambitious plan for 2012 regarding the agencies in our group. We decided to appoint Aura Toma to manage Lowe&Partners in order to bring the agency to a new level with the help of her experience, profesionalism and enthusiasm. Oana Cociasu will continue to be in our group’s board and will take over new responsabilities

From her new position, Aura Toma will coordinate Lowe&Partners team and will manage agency’s operations, but also she will be involved in consolidating and expanding its business. She will assume fully the position on March 1st, after a transitional period in which she will take over her attributions.

Oana Cociasu
With 15 years of experience in advertising, Aura Toma had previously positions of top management in Romanian agencies such as Tempo Advertising (where she was CEO for a year, until June 2011) and Grey Worldwide Romania ( where she was Regional Account Director and worked for 4 years – 2003 – 2007). During her career, she showed qualities of motivational leader for the team and trusted partner for the clients. She had a vast experience in communicating for financial services, FMCG or corporate business and coordinated, in the past, the communication for clients such as BCR, Danone, Colgate-Palmolive, LG, URBB, Raiffeisen Bank, Visa International or P&G.
Lowe & Partners has a strong reputation in the communication industry, based on its well articulated strategy focused on clients’ needs and market. I was impressed by team’s ambition and vision, that promotes evolution. My mission is to further develop agency’s competencies and clients portfolio, we will continue to invest in people and services so we can be an active presence on the advertising market
